No. Estimates are free, and there's no obligation attached to them. We'll walk the property, talk through what you're after, and get you a written number — usually within one business day of the visit.
For estimates, typically within a few business days. For maintenance we can usually add you to an existing route within a week. Larger hardscape projects are scheduled by build queue, and we'll give you a realistic start window up front rather than an optimistic one.
Yes — fully licensed and carrying general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance before we start, and we'll do it without being asked on commercial work.
Both. We run residential maintenance routes and design/build projects alongside commercial contracts for property managers, HOAs, and business owners — including seasonal snow contracts.
We cover Union and the surrounding communities. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call or send a request — if we can't take it on, we'll usually know someone who can.
Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly lawn maintenance runs on a seasonal agreement, and we offer full-service packages that bundle mowing, cleanups, and mulch so it's one predictable number instead of a dozen invoices.
Maintenance is billed monthly. Project work is typically a deposit to schedule with the balance on completion. We take card, check, and ACH.
Always. Brush, stumps, old mulch, spoils from excavation — it leaves with us. You should never find a debris pile behind the garage after we've been there.
